SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
Solé Coffee offers USPS and UPS ground shipping that, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, will usually deliver within 5 to 7 business days to households in the contiguous United States, with longer ship times to destinations outside the contiguous United States. Shipments are retrieved from our warehouse Monday through Friday and are typically fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. *Free shipping applies to orders of $35 or more, some limitations apply.
Priority shipments - orders with priority shipping will be packaged and fulfilled the next business day. Holidays may affect fulfillment times. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your priority shipment to arrive.
Shipping to Canada is calculated based on location via UPS for one time purchases and subscriptions. Customs duty fees may be required at time of delivery. Solé Coffee is not responsible for customs fees.
Note: If a discount code is applied to your order, make sure the total value after entering the code is at least $45 to avoid shipping costs.
Beverage and Consumable Product Returns
Beverage and consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales of beverage and other consumable products are considered final.
Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit, shipping delays, orders forwarded or redirected in transit, insufficient/incorrect shipping addresses or packages deemed undeliverable due to carrier's judgment, as well as accidental subscriptions, or late subscription cancellation requests. Packages that are returned to our facility with no communication to our customer service team will not be automatically refunded. Refund requests must still be received within 30 days after delivery of your purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Refused packages that are returned to our facility will be reviewed by Solé Coffee and are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee.
Gift Card Returns
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales of gift cards are considered final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order and we will assist you in replacing the damaged/incorrect items. We may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement.
